  • CAR Signaling Description
  • The h(NKG2D-2B4-CD3z) chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) is a specialized construct designed to enhance the anti-tumor activity of engineered immune cells, particularly Natural Killer (NK) cells or T cells, by combining multiple signaling domains. The design is a third-generation CAR incorporating an antigen-binding domain derived from the native NKG2D receptor and multiple intracellular signaling domains.

CAR mRNA Properties

  • Cap
  • Cap 1
  • PolyA
  • Segmented PolyA
  • Product Type
  • CAR mRNA LNP
  • Lipid Mixture
  • Utilizes a proprietary lipid platform composed of ionizable lipid, cholesterol, helper phospholipid, and PEG-lipid.
  • Concentration
  • Lot specific
  • Buffer
  • The formulation is buffered in either Phosphate-Buffered Saline (PBS) or a citrate buffer containing 10% sucrose to maintain lipid nanoparticle stability and prevent aggregation during freeze-thaw cycles.
  • Storage
  • Maintain at -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve mRNA integrity and LNP size distribution.
  • Handling
  • Thaw slowly on ice prior to use. Avoid vigorous vortexing; gently invert the vial to mix in order to preserve LNP integrity.
