This product is a RiboGreen-based assay kit for determining the encapsulation efficiency of RNA within Lipid Nanoparticles (LNPs). The core of this assay relies on the specific fluorescence enhancement of RiboGreen dye upon binding to RNA.While the free dye itself is nearly non-fluorescent, its interaction with RNA produces a strong, linear signal detectable at Ex/Em:490/525 nm. This allows for a straightforward calculation of encapsulation efficiency by comparing the signal from total RNA against the signal from free, unencapsulated RNA.
