1 M cells/vial*2

Description GlycoFlux™ human POMT2 overexpression glycoengineered cell is a stable cell line engineered to enhance POMT2 activity, an O-mannosyltransferase that functions with POMT1 in the ER. As a glycoengineered model, it supports research on α-dystroglycan glycosylation, muscular dystrophies, and ER-associated glycan modifications.
