Creative Biolabs is an expert in glycoproteins with outstanding technical strength. With deep expertise in glycobiology, we have developed a series of products covering protein modification, sugar chain research, cell culture, and other aspects. We are committed to providing comprehensive glycoprotein-related products to global clients.
Protein Modification Reagents
We provide a variety of protein modification reagents, such as β-maleimidopropionic acid hydrazide (BMPH), κ-maleimidoundecanoic acid hydrazide (KMUH), etc. They contain maleimide and hydrazine groups, which react with sulfhydryl groups on proteins and aldehyde/ketone groups on sugar chains, respectively, to achieve specific modification and labeling of proteins.
Labeling and Protein Staining Reagents
We provide various biotin labeling reagents and protein staining reagents, which are also commonly used tools in glycoprotein research. These reagents have important applications in glycoprotein research. For example, molecules such as fluorescent dyes and biotin can be attached to glycoproteins through these reagents for protein localization, tracking, purification, and functional analysis.
Agarose-based Reagents
Sugar chains are important components of glycoproteins, and their structure and functions are closely related to the biological activity of proteins. We offer a variety of agarose-based reagent products, such as Jacalin Agarose, which is a plant lectin that can specifically bind to the O-sugar chain in the IgA1 molecule and is used for the purification and separation of IgA1.
Proteases
We provide a variety of protease products, which are widely used in glycoprotein research. They are used for enzymatic hydrolysis of glycoproteins to obtain glycopeptides or peptides for glycan analysis and mass spectrometry identification. They are also used for protein modification and functional research.
Glycoproteomics-based Reagents
We have also developed a series of products with important applications in glycoproteomics research, such as amino acids and cell culture media products based on the stable isotope labeling by amino acids in cell culture (SILAC) experiment. These products are indispensable tools in glycoprotein research. They can be used to compare the expression differences of glycoproteins under different conditions, reveal the role of glycoproteins in the occurrence and development of diseases, and provide convenience for SILAC experiments.
Creative Biolabs has an advanced technology platform and an experienced team of scientists. We have developed a rich product line in the field of glycoproteins. We always pay attention to the development trends of glycoproteins and related fields and continuously launch new products to meet client needs and help clients achieve breakthrough progress in the field of glycoproteins.
