Product Overview Recombinant Rotavirus A (isolate RVA/Cat/Japan/FRV64/1989/G3P5B[3]) (RV-A) Non-structural glycoprotein 4 was expressed in Mammalian cell with a His-tag or Tag free. The biological activity was determined by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. This product can be used in ELISA, WB, and IP.
Biological Activity Determined by its binding ability in a functional ELISA.
Source Mammalian cell
Species Rotavirus A (isolate RVA/Cat/Japan/FRV64/1989/G3P5B[3]) (RV-A)
Tag His-tag or Tag free
Purity >90%, determined by SDS-PAGE.
Conjugation Unconjugated
Target Non-structural glycoprotein 4
Full Name Non-structural glycoprotein 4
Uniprot ID P89063
Background Nonstructural protein 4 (NSP4) of rotavirus is the only widely recognized viral enterotoxin. As a nonstructural protein, NSP4 is not included within the virion particle, but instead requires active infection and protein synthesis, and is therefore consistent with the delayed onset of diarrhea in rotavirus infections.
Alternate Names Non-structural glycoprotein 4; NSP4; NCVP5; NS28
