The Acid Fast Bacteria (AFB) Stain Kit is designed for the histological visualization of acid fast bacteria and Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The kit is a quick 15 minute program. The acid-resistant organism's lipid capsule absorbs charcoal red fuchsia and resists depigmentation.
