CAT#: ITS-1122-YF5022
Target Cell Organism: Human
Target Cell Name: ARH-77
Assay Type: Gene and Protein Expression Assays
Assay Overview
This assay is to provide ARH-77-based In Vitro RNA Expression Analysis Assay (DNA Microarray) to accelerate our client's oncology projects. The assay will be customized according to the specific requirements. Please contact our scientists to discuss more details.
Target Cell Name
ARH-77
Target Cell Organism
Human
Target Cell Background
The ARH-77 cell line was established from the peripheral blood of a patient suffering from IgG plasma cell leukemia. Although established from cells taken from a patient with a plasma cell leukemia, this line has been shown to be an EBV-transformed B lymphoblastoid cell line.

Assay Name
In Vitro RNA Expression Analysis Assay (DNA Microarray)
Short Description
ARH-77-cell based In Vitro RNA Expression Analysis Assay (DNA Microarray)
Assay Description
DNA microarray is another technique that enables the analysis of gene expression. Fluorescent labeled cDNA (with cyanines) synthesized from a test sample is hybridized to target probes with complementary sequences attached on microarray chips and strongly bound complexes are screened after scanning optically.
Assay Type
Gene and Protein Expression Assays
Assay Type Details
Following transcription, primary transcript RNA is converted into mature RNA by post-transcriptional modifications. Post-transcriptional modification includes three major steps namely the addition of a 5'cap, addition of a 3'polyadenylation tail and RNA splicing. Stability of RNA has been considered as very important for gene expression and proteins at the post-transcriptional level.
