Description
The DNA FFPE Tissue Kit is designed for purification of DNA from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections. The kit uses special lysis conditions to release DNA from tissue sections and overcome the inhibitory effects of formalin cross-linking to nucleic acids. This kit uses spin columns to purify small volumes of high-quality DNA.
