HemoCre Perls Kit (CAT#: ITS-1022-ZP55)

Three-reagent HemoCre Perls (Prussian Blue/Berlin Blue) kit for the detection of reactive ferric iron (Fe3+) ions in cells. It is usually applied to bone marrow and spleen cells.

The HemoCre Perls kit is used to detect free iron (Fe3+) in cells (not bound to hemoglobin). It is most commonly used to stain bone marrow and splenocytes.
