The Annexin V Binding Buffer is recommended for any labeling and washing step using fluorochrome- or biotin-conjugated Annexin V. This buffer contains an optimal concentration of calcium that facilitates the binding of Annexin V to phosphatidylserine on the cell surface. The buffer is provided ready to use.
