Density gradient centrifugation is commonly used for the isolation of specific human lymphocyte from whole blood. This technique takes advantage of the differences in density between the various leukocytes and the density gradient medium. PharmaOnco™ Density Gradient Medium is a range of sterile, ready-to-use density gradient media manufactured under a Quality Management System. It is designed specifically for use with PharmaOnco™ cocktails (Catalog # ITS-0426-YT189, ITS-0426-YT190, ITS-0426-YT191, ITS-0426-YT192, ITS-0426-YT193, ITS-0426-YT194, ITS-0426-YT195, ITS-0426-YT196).
