Product Overview
Dispase II is an amino-endo peptidase that hydrolyzes the N-terminal peptide bonds of non-polar amino acid residues. It is suitable for the gentle dissociation of a wide variety of tissues with minimal cell damage. Unlike trypsin, dispase is not inhibited by serum. This product has been optimized for use in enzymatic passaging of human embryonic stem (ES) cells and human induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells.
