Dispase II is an amino-endo peptidase that hydrolyzes the N-terminal peptide bonds of non-polar amino acid residues. It is suitable for the gentle dissociation of a wide variety of tissues with minimal cell damage. Unlike trypsin, dispase is not inhibited by serum.
