Description
This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified human CD138+ (syndecan-1) cells from fresh or previously frozen bone marrow or peripheral blood mononuclear cells by immunomagnetic positive selection. Isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cell-based experiments.
