Description
This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified CD15+ cells from ammonium chloride lysed blood or other nucleated cell suspensions by positive selection. The desired cells with up to 99% purity are immediately available for downstream applications such as chimerism analysis, culture, cell-based experiments, or other downstream applications.
