Description
This kit has been developed to isolate untouched and highly purified CD3+ cells from fresh or previously frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells by immunomagnetic positive selection. Isolated cells ​with up to 99% purity ​are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cell-based experiments.
