Description
This kit has been developed to isolate CD33+ cells from ammonium chloride lysed blood or bone marrow, or from nucleated cells by positive selection. The desired cells with up to 98% purity are immediately available for downstream applications such as chimerism analysis, culture, cell-based experiments, or other downstream applications.
