Description
This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified CD56+ cells from fresh or previously frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells and human skeletal muscle (myoblasts and fibroblasts) cultures by immunomagnetic positive selection. Isolated cells with up to 96% purity are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, cell-based experiments, or other downstream applications.
