This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified CD8+ T cells from fresh or previously frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells or washed leukapheresis samples by immunomagnetic negative selection. Isolated cells with up to 91% purity ​are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cryopreservation.
