PharmaOnco™ Human Memory CD4+ T Cell Isolation Kit (CAT#: ITS-0622-YT405)

This kit has been developed to isolate untouched and highly purified CD62L+CD45RO+ and CD62L-CD45RO+ memory CD4+ T cells from fresh peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) or washed leukapheresis samples by positive selection. Isolated cells with up to 94% purity ​are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cryopreservation.
