Description
This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified granulocytes (eosinophils, basophils and neutrophils) from normal peripheral whole blood by immunomagnetic negative selection. Isolated cells with up to 99% purity are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cell-based experiments.
