IO™ Cell Enrichment Cocktails are designed for the in vitro enrichment of specific cell subsets from human cell sources. The IO™ Lymphocyte Enrichment Cocktail is designed to enrich untouched and highly purified total Lymphocyte directly from human whole blood by negative selection. It is recommended to use with I-O™ Density Gradient Medium (ITS-0426-YT187) for Human total Lymphocyte cell isolation.
