PharmaOnco™ M1-Macrophage Differentiation Medium Kit is Serum-Free (SF) and Xeno-Free (XF) formulations and contains GM-CSF and allows for the generation of M1-polarized macrophages. It is designed to generate monocyte-derived macrophages from freshly isolated peripheral blood monocytes or directly from PBMC as a starting material.
