PharmaOnco™ Methylcellulose Based Medium (T-HP002) is a complete methylcellulose-based medium with recombinant cytokines for the culture of human embryonic stem (ES) cell-derived and induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cell-derived hematopoietic progenitor cells in defined Serum-Free (SF) conditions. It contains components that have been optimized for colony forming unit (CFU) assays.
