PharmaOnco™ Methylcellulose Based Medium (T-HP012)

Creative Biolabs has developed a series of mediums and supplements for cell isolation, culture, expansion and differentiation. PharmaOnco™ Methylcellulose Based Medium (T-HP012) is a methylcellulose-based medium with recombinant cytokines (without EPO) for the growth and enumeration of human hematopoietic progenitor cells in defined Serum-Free (SF) conditions. It contains components that have been optimized for colony forming unit (CFU) assays. It supports optimal growth of granulocyte-macrophage progenitor cells (CFU-GM, CFU-G, CFU-M).
