Creative Biolabs has developed a series of mediums and supplements for cell isolation, culture, expansion and differentiation. PharmaOnco™ Methylcellulose Based Medium (T-HP014) is a methylcellulose-based medium for the growth and enumeration of human hematopoietic progenitor cells using colony forming unit (CFU) assays. This formulation does not contain serum or cytokines and can also be used as a base for cloning cell lines in semi-solid media.
