PharmaOnco™ Methylcellulose Based Medium (T-HP023)

Creative Biolabs has developed a series of mediums and supplements for cell isolation, culture, expansion and differentiation. PharmaOnco™ Methylcellulose Based Medium (T-HP023) is an imcomplete methylcellulose-based medium (without cytokines) for the growth and quantification of mouse hematopoietic progenitor cells. It is used for colony forming unit (CFU) assays. It supports optimal growth of erythroid progenitor cells (BFU-E), granulocyte-macrophage progenitor cells (CFU-GM, CFU-G, CFU-M) and multipotential granulocyte, erythroid, macrophage, megakaryocyte progenitor cells (CFU-GEMM) with the addition of appropriate growth factors and supplements.
