Description
This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified mouse CD19+ cells from single-cell suspensions of splenocytes or other tissues by immunomagnetic positive selection. Isolated cells with up to 99% purity are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cell-based experiments.
