Description
This kit has been developed to enrich Group 2 Innate Lymphoid Cells (ILC2) from single-cell suspensions of lung tissue or other tissues by immunomagnetic negative selection. The desired cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cell-based experiments.
