Description
This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified CD11b+Gr1+ myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) from single-cell suspensions of splenocytes or other tissues by immunomagnetic negative selection. Isolated cells with up to 96% purity are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cell-based experiments.
