Description
This kit has been developed to enrich Group 1, 2, and 3 Innate Lymphoid Cells (ILC1, 2, and 3) from single-cell suspensions of mouse tissues by immunomagnetic negative selection. The desired cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cell-based experiments.
