Description
This kit has been developed to isolate untouched and highly purified Mouse pan-naïve T cells (CD3+CD44-/lowCD62Lhigh) from single-cell suspensions of splenocytes or lymph nodes or from whole blood by negative selection. Isolated cells with up to 97% purity ​are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cryopreservation.
