PharmaOnco™ CellSort Human CD14+CD16- Cell Isolation Kit (CAT#: ITS-1222-YT53)

This kit has been developed to isolate untouched CD14+CD16- monocytes by negative selection. Unwanted T cells are depleted by labeling biotin conjugated antibody cocktail mixture followed by incubation with magnetic streptavidin nanobeads. The isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as culture, cell-based experiments, or other downstream applications.​
