Description
This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified human CD3+ T cells from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). The CD3 Fab in this kit is a recombinantly expressed low affinity Fab fragment that can self-dissociate from the target cell surfaces. The label-free authentic target cells with up to 90% purity are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cell-based experiments.
