PharmaOnco™ CellSort Human CD4+ T Cell Selection Kit, Magnetic Isolation (CAT#: ITS-1222-YT27)

This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified untouched CD4+ T cells from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) by immunomagnetic negtive selection. Isolated cells ​with up to 85% purity ​are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, phenotypic characterization, culture, or cell-based experiments.
