PharmaOnco™ CellSort Human CD45RA+ T Cells Selection Kit (CAT#: ITS-1222-YT84)

This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified human CD45RA+ cells from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). The low affinity Fab fragment in this kit can self-dissociate from the target cell surfaces. The label-free target cells with up to 90% purity are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cell-based experiments.
