PharmaOnco™ CellSort Human CD8+ T Cell Isolation Kit, 25 tests

This kit has been developed to isolate untouched and highly purified CD8+ T cells from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) by negative selection. Non-CD8+ T cells are depleted by labeling biotin conjugated antibody cocktail mixture followed by incubation with magnetic streptavidin nanoparticles. Isolated cells with 75-87% purity ​are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, immune status monitoring, or functional assay.
