PharmaOnco™ CellSort Human CD8+ T Cell Selection Kit, from Whole Blood

This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified human CD8+ T cells from freshly drawn anticoagulated whole blood without density gradient centrifugation and red blood cell lysis by immunomagnetic negative selection. Non-CD8+ T cells are depleted by labeling biotin conjugated antibody cocktail mixture followed by incubation with magnetic beads. Isolated cells ​are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or functional assays.
