PharmaOnco™ CellSort Human E-Cadherin+ Cell Selection Kit (CAT#: ITS-1222-YT61)

This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified human E-Cadherin+ cells by immunomagnetic positive selection. Desired cells are isolated by labeling biotin conjugated antibody followed by incubation with magnetic nanoparticles. Isolated cells with 80-95% purity ​are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or functional assays.
