Description
This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified mouse B cells from single-cell suspensions of lymphoid tissues. Isolated cells with up to 90-97% purity are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, immune status monitoring or cell-based experiments.

Molecular Mechanism of Action
