This kit has been developed to isolate hf hematopoietic non-lineage committed cells (lineage negative) from mouse bone marrow by immunomagnetic positive selection. Lineage committed cells (lineage positive) include T cells, B cells, NK cells, monocytes/macrophages, granulocytes, and erythrocytes are depleted by labeling biotin conjugated antibody cocktail followed by incubation with magnetic nanoparticles. Isolated cells highly enriched for CD117+ cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, counting, or other applications.
