PharmaOnco™ CellSort Mouse Naïve CD4+ T Cell (CD3+/CD4+/CD62L+/CD44low) Selection Kit

This kit has been developed to isolate untouched and highly purified naïve CD4+ T cells (CD3+/CD4+/CD62L+/CD44low) from mouse spleen by negative selection. Non-CD4+ Naïve T cells are depleted by labeling biotin conjugated antibody cocktail mixture followed by incubation with magnetic streptavidin nanoparticles. Isolated cells ​are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, immune status monitoring, or functional assays.

This kit is available for processing 1 x 10^9 cells.
