Description
This kit has been developed to isolate untouched and highly purified naïve CD4+ T cells (CD3+/CD4+/CD62L+/CD44low) from mouse spleen by negative selection. Non-CD4+ Naïve T cells are depleted by labeling biotin conjugated antibody cocktail mixture followed by incubation with magnetic streptavidin nanoparticles. Isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, immune status monitoring, or functional assays.
