Description
This kit has been developed to isolate untouched mouse Pan B cells from lymphoid tissues by negative selection. These magnetic nanoparticles can be used with both free standing magnets and column-based systems. Isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, phenotypic characterization or cell-based experiments.
Applications
Cell Isolation
Application Notes
Unwanted cells are labeled with antibodies and magnetic nanoparticles.
Comment
This kit is available for processing 2 x 10^8 cells.
Molecular Mechanism of Action
Unwanted cells are labeled with an optimized cocktail of biotinylated antibodies targeting CD90.2, CD11c, Gr-1, CD49b and TER-119/Erythroid.
Method Type
Negative selection
