Description
This kit has been developed to isolate untouched and highly purified mouse Treg cells ( CD25+CD4+) from mouse spleen by immunomagnetic negative selection and the followed positive selection. Isolated cells with up to 84-94% purity ​are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cryopreservation.
