PharmaOnco™ CHO-Tg(Human B7-H7//TCR Activator) Stable Cell Line, Single Clone

CAT#: ITS-0822-HMM101
Product Type: Stable Cell Line
Short Description
Creative Biolabs offers CHO-Tg(Human B7-H7//TCR Activator) stable cell line which the TCR Activator and B7-H7 gene stably expressed in CHO cells.
Description
The CHO-Tg(Human B7-H7/TCR Activator) stable cell line is a cell line that has been engineered to express both the human B7-H7 protein and a T cell receptor (TCR) activator. B7-H7 is a co-stimulatory molecule that plays a role in T cell activation and proliferation, while the TCR activator is a molecule that enhances TCR signaling and T cell activation. This stable cell line can be used for various immunology and cancer research applications, such as studying immune checkpoint pathways, developing immunotherapies, and understanding T cell signaling mechanisms.

Background
The TCR (T cell receptor) Activator is a protein or molecule that can activate the TCR on T cells, leading to their activation and subsequent immune response. B7-H7 is a gene that encodes a protein known as B7-H7, which is a member of the B7 family of immune checkpoint molecules. B7-H7 has been shown to play a role in regulating immune responses and can interact with receptors on T cells to modulate their activity.

Sterility Testing
Creative Biolabs provides sterility testing in accordance with USP and EP regulations. All of our sterility testing is performed in an isolator or clean room environments. The cell line has been screened using the membrane filtration testing methods to confirm the absence of aerobic, anaerobic and fungi microorganisms.
Identity Testing
Identity testing is required for newly established cell lines. Isoenzyme analysis is used to confirm the identity of the species of a cell line. Alternative methods for identity testing include DNA fingerprinting, STR analysis and karyology.
Virological Safety Testing
A broad range of viruses is susceptible to affecting human cell lines. We can provide in vivo/vitro virus safety assays by utilizing various animal systems. These viruses include: adventitious viruses, bovine viruses, human and simian viruses, porcine viruses, retrovirus and rodent viruses.
Genetic Stability Testing
We perform cell genetic stability studies under ICH guidelines. We can provide guidance on the appropriate testing program upon your requirements.
Mycoplasma Testing
The cell line has been screened using the luciferase based mycoplasma detection kit to confirm the absence of mycoplasma species.
Shipping
Dry Ice
Storage
Frozen cells should be stored in a liquid nitrogen tank (-150°C~-190°C). After thawing, cells should be immediately transferred to the appropriate culture medium and maintained under recommended culture conditions.
Handling Notes
Frozen cells should be thawed immediately upon receipt and grown according to handling procedure to ensure cell viability and proper assay performance.
Note: Do not freeze the cells upon receipt as it may result in irreversible damage to the cell line.
Disclaimer: We cannot guarantee cell viability if the cells are not thawed immediately upon receipt and grown according to handling procedure.
Warnings
Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles
