Description
During the manufacturing and purification process of recombinant viral vectors and vaccines, the endonuclease enzyme is often used to remove endogenous host cell DNA/RNA and the viral vector plasmid DNA. But the endonuclease enzyme may remain in the product. This ELISA kit is intended for sensitive and specific detection of the endonuclease with an LOD of ~60 pg/mL.
