Human CD4+CD45RA+CD25- naive helper T cells are a subset of T cells that are characterized by the expression of the cell surface markers CD4, CD45RA, and absence of CD25. CD4+CD45RA+CD25- naive helper T cells are an important component of the immune system and play a key role in mounting effective immune responses against pathogens.

CD4+ cells, also known as T-helper cells, are a type of white blood cell that play a critical role in the functioning of the immune system.
