Three-reagent kit for staining myelin and myelinated axons, Nissl bodies and phospholipids according to Kluwer-Barrera. This kit is used to identify basic neuronal structures in brain or spinal cord slices.
Description
The Luxol Fast Blue kit (according to Kluwer-Barrera) is used to detect myelin sheaths and Nissl bodies on tissue sections, as well as to visualize the basic structure of brain and spinal cord tissue.
