Luxol Fast Blue Stain Kit (CAT#: ITS-1022-ZP10)

The kit is designed to stain myelin/myelinated axons and Nissil material on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded and frozen tissue. Our kits are used to identify basic neuronal structures in brain or spinal cord slices and contain Cresyl Echt Violet counterstain. Using our protocol and modified formulation, myelinated tissue can be stained in as little as 30 minutes.
