AGXT (Alanine-glyoxylate aminotransferase) is a key enzyme in glyoxylate detoxification. Mutations in AGXT cause primary hyperoxaluria type I, a rare metabolic disorder characterized by AGXT deficiency, excessive hepatic oxalate production, and renal failure.

To ensure the preservation of their functional properties, all reagents within this kit must be maintained at a temperature between 2°C and 8°C. Under these storage conditions, the kit will retain its effectiveness for a period of 6 to 12 months following receipt.
